Good: Good photos, pleasant staff.. Bad: Long wait between photos and opportunity to pick photos. They always seem to frame one that I am not interested in anyway.. Improvements: Quicker turnaround between taking pics and previewing pics. With a toddler to entertain in the store, it gets a bit crazy.. Other: Much better deal than most studios -much, much less expensive and pics have always been great.. more

I have been going to this location for several years solely because there are no sitting fees and I can get my pictures that day. But the last 2 times, they have failed to email my pictures with BS excuses, I felt very rushed while taking the pictures and they were out of mattes for the frames and I am being told that I may have to wait for a month with no type of compensation for that. I work in customer service and I know we would offer something for a situation like that. It just isn't right. It is doubtful that we will return to the Alderwood location and will drive to another location simply because of the lack of customer service there and due to our favorite photographer leaving. She was awesome. I do see her from time to time and wish so much that she was still there. I feel that they are over priced and they are never on time. We are consistently late taking pictures, but if we walk through the door after our scheduled time, we are told we have to be worked in. Once we do get in the picture processed is rushed and we feel that the same poses are used every time. They have one background that they use for everything and there are no choices for the price that you pay. If they quit cramming appointments in and would take more time, the prices you pay would be worth it. I just feel as though I am being shoved like cattle and my needs aren't being met as a customer. I took my pictures over a week ago and I am still waiting on my framed pictures.... more

It's not as good as a professional, but for a quick in and out, I love them. I always use a coupon and resist the preframed galleries they try to sell. I try to make my appointments on weeknights but even a Saturday during December resulted in great photos--it just took a little longer. So mcuh better than JCP or Sears! more

I have never been so disappointed with a place before. I went the 1st time, and and had picture of my daughter and our puppy done, the pictures were that of a low quality, unexperienced photo person. I then went back again , as i got a free 8x10 picture coupon. the pictures were 100 percent better then the first. However i haven't gotten them in the email it's been 2 weeks now. And they keep feeding me bull s--- reasons as to why i haven't received them. I probably will never return as they are un trained properly, and customer service isn't their # 1 priority. And i just called again, and now my pictures have mysteriously been misplaced. more

Very Frustrated !!! First the mall did not open until 11am and our appt with an 8-yr old and a 18-month old was at 10.40 am. Raining walking around trying to find an entrance and I did call and told them that I was outside trying to get in. They told me to go in the security door. well that door was not where I was told it was so I finally waited the additional time until the mall opened. I get there and check in then was told because I was late that they will have to work me in. I gave the name of the girl I talked with and explained I had no way to get in. This one told me to go through the food court WAY on the other side!! I proceeded to explain that 12 noon is my daughters nap time and she gets a little cranky so if they could see me ASAP I would be grateful. 1 hr later we are called back. Now with a very cranky daughter. This did not work so no pictures were done. Needless to say, Not a good experience. more

We've come here twice to this location for pictures and both times I was underwhelmed. The place is crowded and hectic - not the best atmosphere if you hope to get great shots of your kids. My middle child was/is incredibly hard to photograph, and I wasn't impressed with the photographers tactics. They don't seem to have much experience with kids and it was left up to *me* to think of ideas to get her to smile. The other thing I'm not crazy about here is that you can't see your pictures until they are printed. Most other places have the preview screens, so you can at least tell if someone's eyes are shut. more
