When I first had my oldest son, I began attending Go Portrait Studio in Walmart (Branford, CT); due to the price, very inexpensive. But there was not a time when I was in attendance, that I was not given an attitude and had to go back and forth with the lady working there. There was always something different, the prices changed, the package changed, a freaking store policy!! For christmas one year, I received my pictures, but she failed to realize a mistake....so I didn't have my pictures ready for christmas. If you want to see lazy service head right over to Walmart Portrait Studio in Branford, CT Store # 02232 run by Go Portraits. I went there on a Wednesday night at 6:40 and the girl told me they closed in 5 minutes. She didn't mention that 5 minutes ago i saw her walking down the aisles playing with her hair. I don't know about you but I've never heard of anyone closing 15 minutes before 7, my bad 20 minutes before 7. I really wanted to take my son to get his halloween picture done so i returned for more punishment on Thursday, only I got there at 6:25 and another lazy girl told me they don't take pictures after 6:30, the Camera CLOSES down! Does the camera shut itself off or what? Then to top it all off when I initally called and spoke with another lazy uniformed member of the Walmart Go Portraits crew called Tim who said they were open until 8. If your looking for a real horrible, unprofessional, and very memorable experience feel free and waste your time and money! Then you go and speak with a Branford Walmart Manager, 3 of these women are so lazy they are leaning over the cash register's talking, how atrocious! Now, I don't know about you but i get out of work at 5, run home from Hartford, pick up my son and run down to Go Portraits to be just mortifide by the customer service they have there! I will never go to that store to get portraits done since they can't get there act together in any form or fashion! I found the customer complaint office to call 1-866-585-0493, you get connected and then i asked to speak with a manager, she transfers me to speak with the manager I got connected to an answering machine!!!!!! Unbelieveable I tell you! I don't know how they stay in business! Our society today does not care about customer service anymore and its a tragedy! A True Tragedy!
