Pickron Orthodontic Care

Good: Dr. Crosby and his staff are wonderful. I am a 54 yr. old woman who put off my own dental work so my 3 children could have their braces (by a different Ortho Group). My braces were removed this week after a year and I am forever grateful for the smile I now have, thanks to all the staff in Buford. My care during this year was fantastic. I always sat in the "work" room with my children when they had visits and never heard the explanations and guidance I heard this staff give their patients of all ages.. Bad: I do not have any complaints what so ever.. Improvements: I did not see anything in my year of visits that would need to be improved.. Other: I will miss everyone as they encouraged me thru the entire process and made my year in braces a breeze!!. more

I made the mistake of choosing Pickron for my daughter's braces, and it has been an awful experience. The staff has continually made errors (such as putting nickel in her mouth on 3 different occasions even though her chart says NICKEL ALLERGY all over it), they are short tempered and inconsiderate. The number of mistakes they have made finally led us to a meeting with Dr. Pickron himself. In that meeting, Dr Pickron was quite unconcerned with our experience and not in the least bit interested in helping us become a satisfied customer. Trust me, spend a little extra to go to an independent ortho - I wish I had listened to my instincts and done just that. more

I go to the Buford office and have been very pleased. I had to have some special care, and Dr. Winthrow was great! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The technicians are very good and knowledgeable. I never have any problems getting an appointment. Plus, Pickron has many locations to choose from. more
