I will never shop here again. They (the older short lady and older man) followed me around the whole store as if I was going to steal. They followed me from one side to the other, I couldn't even have a conversation with my husband on the things we saw we liked to purchase without them butting in and being right on my heels.I came in on Saturday 12/5/15 with my daughter and husband to do Christmas shopping and the staff followed me around and stood by my side the entire time. I was even asked to put what I was holding to purchase on the counter so I wasn't walking around with it in my hands. This is not the first time this has happen to me while shopping here but this time it was so obvious that it made my husband so uncomfortable that he left the store and stood outside with our daughter. Just a FYI pickles and ice cream, not all black people steal. I work hard for my money and I like nice things. My daughter wears very pricey clothes just like the ones you sell in your store but trust we will find somewhere else to spend our money from now on. You have lost a very good customer. Thanks for really showing me what I suspected before, I guess I just didn't want to believe it but you made a believer out of me. more

I give this place 5 stars. Everytime I have been there they are always very helpful. I have purchased two car seats from them. They have taken their time with me to make sure that i am comfortable with the product that i am purchasing. When I bought my Britax car seat from them. They sat down with me and told me all about the car seat. Then when it was time to install the carseat they made sure that I had it put in the right way. More than half of people don't know how to install a carseat the correct way. It is very important that people learn the correct way to install a carseat because that is your babys life. So if you are not sure about the correct way to install a carseat, you can come by here and they will make sure your baby is safe and your carseat is installed the right way. There two people that work there that are carseat certified. It is better to be safe than to be sorry. more

This is a very pricey boutique for the quality of products they carry. I have found the employees to be more stuck up, and apparently I looked as if I didn't have any money so I was not helped in any way, shape or form. They only carry infant items, so if you're looking for anything beyond 9-12 months, don't even bother. more

While I am happy there is a store that sells some of the more elite products, their prices are a bit over the top on some items. I also found the workers to be a bit "snotty" and stuck up, assuming that I knew nothing about that which I was speaking of. They sell furniture, swings, seats, bedding, and other baby items (almost nothing outside the "baby" stage). more
