Pick And Pull is a money hungry corporation. Hands down. 2/19/2011

Hostile take-over put me out of business. Pick-And-Pull recently purchased the 3 Pull-A-Parts locations around Lynwood WA. I used to sell used car parts on Ebay and once they took over without notifying any of the Pull-A-Part customers of the takeover, they increased prices of everything by 50%. I realize that is their right to set the prices where they want but when it is un-announced it seems like the CUSTOMERS DO NOT MATTER TO PICK AND PULL. I talked to the manager who was very rude on his first day and he actually said " business is business". Ridiculous. show the kind of corporation they are and it's sad to see a great company like Pull-A-Part and the great owner get purchased by a money hungry corparation like Pick-And-Pull. never going to buy anything there again. more

Lied-to by Pick-n-Pull employees 1/24/2011

I went on line to find parts for my Dodge Neon. There were about 9 of them showing up on the web page at that location. since I live 45 miles away, I also called the Cabot location to make sure they still had the cars. I was told "yes, they are still here". When I got there, I was appalled that they actually charge you admission just to go onto their yard. I went to the window, paid my admission, got a list of the cars with their locations and a map of the yard. When I walked to the Chrysler block, it was totally empty except for 5 cars (none of which were Neons). I went back and asked the guy who had just given me the car list what the deal was. His reply was "oh, they hauled all of the Chrysler cars off a couple of days ago, and it takes a few days for our database to be updated". When I pointed to the very obviously empty Chrysler section (which he could clearly see from his window) and asked him why he didn't tell me that when he took my admission money, he only responded with "sor more

Pick N Pull naads to supply a price list 11/28/2009

i think they need to let people have a price list. kinda sux having to run back and forth from the office to the vehicle wears a person out. heck i would pay for one as often as i go. 2 dollars should pay for the paper and ink. bad enough you have to pay to get in and then pay for your parts as well!!!!! NEED A PRICE LIST!!!!! more

Pick N Pull has a nice selection 8/1/2009

Worst Pick N' Pull - TOO EXPENSIVE! 3/22/2009

I went to this Pick N Pull since it is close to my mom's house. I pulled a plastic headlight bezel with integrated turn signal (all plastic) and they tried to charge me $85 ! I could not believe it. Trying to reason with them did no good. What are they smoking in San Pablo, crack? I promptly left the part at the counter and went to the Pick N Pull in Oakland, that I've been going to for 15 years. At the Oakland Pick N Pull I got a radiator support, entire front grill (both headlight bezels), a bumper, a hood, a wheel well and a valance panel with various small parts, ALL FOR $220. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THE SAN PABLO PICK N PULL AGAIN, FOR AS LONG AS I OWN WRENCHES. more

Pick 'N' Pull - Richmond California USA 6/24/2008

Large yard therefore it's a mile hike out to the end of the back yard. Additionally, prices seem to waiver depending who you are. I questioned a steering column price so the cashier repriced it higher! Nice !\r \r I've been to other Pick 'N' Pulls around the bay area and a price list is posted so there are less disputes.\r \r Other then those complaints the employees seem to be fairly helpful and in better spirits than auto wreckers of years past.\r \r All the best, more

Cheap parts 11/17/2005

If you work on cars and know how to take parts off and on, you want to check out Pick N Pull in Richmond. They have one of the largest junk yards in the bay area. They are Northern California's largest self service dismantlers. Yes you have to disassemble the parts you want. But thats what makes the prices so much cheaper than some where else. more
