CONSUMERS BEWARE!!! Do not waste your money in this company to do your kitchen cabinets. Our kitchen is not very big so we decided to just reface our cabinets to save a little bit of money. Big mistake! First of all, it took 6 mths before they can even start the job because they said they were so busy. We thought that was a good sign and that is why they are so backed up with orders. But no...the real reason is because the whole family does everything. They take your order, come to your house to measure, do the actual work, and fix the issue (if there is any). Another issue is that the daughter is the only one that speaks English so she has to be there all the time to translate. \r

Our problem started off on the wrong foot when we scheduled a time and day for them to come and start the job and they did not show up. I had to call them and they said that they forgot and can they come the following week. We already waited 6mths so what's another week, right? And when the work was finally done, we noticed that the trim under the cabinets were not completely stained correctly to match the cabinets. This is when the probably really started. There were numerous back and forth e-mails and phone calls before they finally came back to fix the issue. And just when I thought it was fine, the stain that they used to go over the parts that they missed under the cabinets were not the correct stain. I tried to get them to tell me what stain they used so that my husband and I can fix it ourselves, but they would not tell me. So instead, I had them come back and fix it AGAIN. I would have just let it go at that point, but the fact that we spent $4000 in our kitchen cabinets, I felt that it was their responsibility to get our cabinet done correctly. Needless to say, this went on for another 2mths before they came back again and fixed it. And it doesn't end there because now we have nails coming out of the molding that they ended up putting in to hide the other mess that they did. AND they only did this under one of our cabinets and didn't bother to do the same to our other cabinets. \r

The whole thing was so inadequate that we basically threw our money down the drain and should have just spent it on brand new cabinets. They are a nice family, but the work and their customer service is horrible and not worth the $4000! Again, I had to communicate the whole time with their daughter, who was nice but she didn't do the job. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY in this company if you are thinking of refacing your cabinets. Go somewhere else or just spend the money on new ones. Sorry for the long review, but the whole situation was very frustrating. It is no way to run a family business.
