Piazella Pizzaria Restaurant

I refuse to purchase any more pizza's from this restaurant because the owner is extremely rude. There is plenty of competition in the area. I noticed the other day that the name is different. Could they have changed the name to disguise themselves? more

On numerous occasions i have ordered delivery from Piazella, and the owner who sometimes answers the phone is the RUDEST man i have ever encountered. He acts as if he is simply doing you a favor and that he does not care what so ever if you order from his establishment. I kept on ordering from Piazella because i enjoyed the burger they made but solely because of the owner i will NEVER spend a dime there again. if you live in town or nearby make a better choice and order from Franklin Lakes Pizza or Juniors in Oakland. i used to work delivery and behind the counter at piazella. i was fired for not being able to work on my day off. the owner is a nut job. he is simply crazy. they do not follow any sanitary precautions. i have witnessed them drop pizza on the floor and then sell it to people as well as directly cough and sneeze on the food without realizing and not washing their hands. the boss nick is also abusive to his employers. for the most part it is verbal, but i have had a ladle of pizza sauce thrown at me for no reason and have been cursed out on a daily basis as well as threatened. the food there is not great. the chefs do not have much experience and yo can get much better pizza in the area. do not go to piazella pizzaria and make sure you let others know that it is a horrible place to dine. I have been to Piazella a decent amount of times and it's awful. The waitresses are rude, the food does not taste good, and it's too expensive for what you're receiving. I watched someone behind the counter drop a pie of pizza on the floor and pick it up and put it in a pizza box and send it out for delivery - they thought no one saw. The owner is also the angriest person alive. He is always in a bad mood. Pros: Good location. Cons: Awful food, bad service. more
