Physiotherapy Associates doesn't do their own billing, resulting in huge issues with a large number of patients. There is no one to speak in regards to your bill, since they outsource to a company in Turkey. I am battling a collections notice after never receiving a bill. So although my therapy was great, my credit is going to suffer and after several phone calls- no one has been able to resolve it. They tell me to just go ahead and pay it because it's out of their hands at this point. The worst customer service possible.
