This place gives really individualized and thoughtful treatment and attention.
I've, unfortunately, been to lots of places, many of whom do physical therapy by the numbers--"x" for a broken ankle, "y" for knee surgery--and then much of PT time is taken up with you doing your thing in the gym so one therapist can work with 3 people at a time.
That's not true here at all. The physical therapists here are real problem-solvers--they take your doctor's prescription, look at what you can and can't do and tailor exercises and treatment (which they watch or administer) to you in particular. If you say something isn't helping they listen and make appropriate adjustments.
They have education and training and potential for supervision among staff and staff stay there for several years. They're creative, not mechanical and not burnt out.
