I went in Tuesday around 5:00. There were 4 people ahead of me. At 7:00 I asked how much longer, the girl behind the counter said that there were 4 people ahead of me and it would be another 2 hours. I waited 1 more hour for a total of 3 hours before I left and went to the ER for a sinus infection. In that time 1 person, came out from the back. I was in and out with a antibiotic in 30 minutes flat from the ER at Douglas but $100.00 poorer. Several weeks ago, I came by with a piece of metal in my eye and the wait was 4 hours so I went to the ER and was out in 1 hour. About 2 weeks ago, we brought our 1 year old in at around 11:30, with a broken finger, he never went to Triage and we waited 2 hours before we finally left and went to his pediatrician who saw us immediatly and put a splint on his finger and then to the orthopedic office for followup. Total time was 2 hours for both doctors. \r

When I was in there Tuesday, another patient said that they had been there 5 hours and had not been seen. \r

When I first started coming there, the wait was less than 30 minutes and I was telling everyone I knew about the place, but for the past 5 visits, the wait has been no less that 2 to 4 hours. About 3 months ago, we brought our 2 year old in with Pneumonia and a 104 deg fever. We waited an hour before asking if someone would at least triage him. After they did, they called the ambulance and took him to Scottish Rite. Can you tell me what is going on? I think you guys should drop the ""Immediate"" off your name.:)
Pros: Has office in Douglasville
Cons: You will grow old and die before seeing a doctor
