Professional, results, friendly. 5/1/2009

The staff here is very friendly and spent a lot of one-on-one time with me. I wasn't just ""a number."" It's located right beside Loyola College, so I could walk there. I felt at-ease with everyone from the therapists to front office, and was always greeted with a smile. \r \r The therapists took a lot of time to explain things to me, which besides the hands-on time, was the most helpful! Pros: LOVED the staff! more

best PT place ever 4/30/2009

I love it here, you get a full hour with your therapist and they walk you through all your exercises. It is a fun place to be and everyone is really nice. They've helped me get through minor injuries and major surgeries, and I always knew I was getting the best care possible. They just expanded so now there is a lot more equipment. Pros: fun environment, attentive care Cons: no weekend hours more

The BEST Experience 4/30/2009

I loved it at Physical Therapy First. My therapist spent most of my appointment with me, rather than handing me off to a tech after 10 minutes (which was my experience at other places). My therapist was 'up' on all the latest treatment options and seemed to genuinely care about my recovery, health and well-being-- I didn't feel like just another patient to them. Now that my treatment is complete, I will almost miss going back there!! Pros: highly educated therapists more

The clinic that puts patient care first 4/20/2009

As an avid hiker, swimmer, and biker, I have been to various physicians and have tried many different treatments. Nothing was able to produce the results I have achieved with Physical Therapy. I not only attribute this to the treatment itself but, to the one on one care I received from the knowledgeable staff at Physical Therapy First. They have made all the difference and I am now able to enjoy all the activities I love. Pros: Friendly and knowledgeable staff more

not what it seems 4/15/2009

the parking lot is horrible with huge potholes, inside is nice and renovated however the owner is never around and if he is working with you he's on his cell phone most of your treatment. the staff here changes monthly. you will be bounced around to different therapists each time and most of them have just graduated. Pros: New Equipment, Good hours Cons: staff changes monthly, owner is never around or on his cell more
