HORRIBLE!!! 2/26/2011

Unfortunately, we tried this Olive Garden tonight. The meals were horrible, looked nothing like anything i've ever eaten at Olive Garden in other cities. We waited 45 minutes on a pickup to go order $40 worth that Brian the manager told me would be ready in 10 minutes. When you have a hungry child, time matters, just be honest. No one ever helped me upon arrival I had to flag down someone to help me. The female bartender even had time to chat with her friend off the street even though he came in 20 minutes after I did. I wasn't even asked if I would like a drink while I wait. Rude service and bad food!!!!!@ more

    Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.
