DO NOT USE! Owner has no customer service skills at all. We had used them for some minor alterations and patches on jeans exclusively with decent results. on one occasion we had a question about a patch that did not hold after only wearing once. We were very polite and so was the employee about correcting it. Then out of the blue the ""owner"" called and told us she did not want our business, we were lying, the patch was not done by them and they would not be fixing it. mind you I am 100% certain they did the work. Not sure what her issues are but I am glad it was only a pair of jeans. more

Great place for alterations 10/5/2011

I was in desperate need to get my dress altered for a wedding and needed it done in about a month's time. I searched for aleration shops close to me and found Phydella's. I called and explained the situation and they were so nice over the phone.\r When I got there, the women were so kind and I kept telling them I was sorry for needing so much done to the dress and they told me not to worry and that is what they were there for.\r They had my dress done within 2 weeks and it was amazing. You could not even tell it had been altered.\r I would recommend them for any kind of alterations one may need.\r They did a great job and were soooo nice.\r \r Thank you ladies for all of your help!! more
