Photography Treasures

We hired Donna for not one but 2 of our children- needless to say MAJOR mistake! My daughters bridals were beautiful! But it was downhill from there! She missed many shots at the wedding, was rude, and in the end it took over a year to get our pictures- which she lied saying they had been delivered- but they hadn't! My daughters flush mount - looks like a photo book you get from walgreens! Never got enlargement 100.00 value we were owed due to having booked my sons wedding ( which we booked after my daughters Bridals were done and we loved them) but the rest of this process was a nightmare as was my sons wedding albums! I found the photos were decent but product ( albums) not what she promises! If your smart STAY AWAY! She doesn't return calls, or produce products that are promised in contract! Made me sick!!!! What was suppose to be a memorable event turned into a nightmare as far as the photos ! Do not be fooled by her- u will be sorry! more

I totally agree with the other reviews..... Not worth the money. No editing was done and I didn't get my photographs until almost a YEAR after my wedding. I was very disappointed in the quality of the pictures and the quality of the video. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED! more

When I first came across Photography Treasures I was very impressed by what I saw. Donna has some gorgeous shots on her website, as well as in her studio. Her examples of her albums rival many other photographers that were a LOT more money. However, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Choosing Photography Treasures is the ONE thing I regret when it comes to my wedding. Donna was very nice and responsive to me until my wedding. 3-4 weeks after my wedding I had still not heard from her about my online viewing, her response was that it was my responsibility to let her know I was ready to view them. I was very disappointed in the quality that I received. It was very sub par compared to what she uses as her samples. It took me almost a year to receive some of my prints and one album, even though I placed my order very quickly. Also,some of my prints were supposed to be black and white and/or color splash and they weren't. My flush mount album was either lost or never was created, I can't remember her excuse. After going back and forth, and getting my husband involved (she responded to him a lot better than she did to me), she ordered a new flush mount and had it rushed to me. I received it and some pictures has the book crease in the middle of my face. Nice. Also, it was missing a page. After going back and forth again, she agrees to send me the dvd with all my images and the copyright release at no charge. I get THAT in, and there are so many pictures that she never even showed me online!! I couldn't believe it. It was too much of a headache that I will NEVER recommend her to anyone! Pay the extra money for someone who has their crap together! more

Donna Evans at Photography Treasures was hired as my wedding photographer for my May 2010 wedding. She at first seemed pleasant but that soon changed. She became very rude to both me and my guests. When she sent me the link to review my photos and pick my albums I was very disappointed. They looked very amateur and most definitely not worth the $1400 I had to pay up front. I expressed my concern to Donna and her and I came to an agreement (which took about 2 months of her saying I was too picky) that since there weren't enough decent photos to fill my album she would have extras added to my package and flush mount album. I placed my order with her several times that she claims to have never received so she didn't get started on it until August 2010. She informed me that in 90-120 days my order would be complete. On Feb 15th 2011 I received my albums and found that nothing her and I had discussed and agreed upon had been done and my 2 larger photos were not sent at all. When I contacted her about the issue she used profanity and told me to be happy with what I got. I have sent a letter to the BBB about Mrs. Evans and will be filing a small claims suite against her as I advise others who have posted on here to do as well. I found her business license was revoked in March of 2010 by the Secretary of the State. more
