Photography 101

This store just moved to a new location around the corner from where they used to be. They have a sitting area with a sofa and chairs and old ( I mean from the 40's) photo magazines to look at. They obviously love photography and like people to feel at home. The service is great and the staff knowledgable. They sell new and used and have a display old cameras that is worth the trip alone. They also have a photo show on the wall of sustomers work that they say will change regularly. It is clear the people working at the store do it for the love of photography more than jusat making money. That's refreshing in a big box mass merchant no service world. Oh and they tend to be price competitive while still giing that high level of service. Pros: good prices and selection , great friendly service more

This is the only place I'll shop for my photography needs! I have been frequenting this store for years and have never felt the need to go anywhere else. The customer service is excellent and they are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I purchase everything here, cameras, film, and film development it is a one-stop-shop. I would recommend that you shop anywhere but here. On two separate occasions I witnessed the store owner verbally abusing customers. He never really directed it at me personally but I saw enough to know this guy is a real tool. The prices are kinda high too. Unless you are completely desperate avoid this place. Most of my class-mates agree on this.
