I brought my daughter here for her senior photos, and we just love them! They were beautiful and timeless and really captured my daughter! The customer service was great, all the girls there were so nice to both myself and my daughter, and I know it really helped her feel relaxed and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a photographer. In fact I am bringing my whole family in next month for family photos, where I am confident I will have another great experience! more

Beautiful Wedding Photography!\r I had my wedding photographed by The Photographer's Guild, and not only did the photos turn out great, our photographer was so nice and happy and fun! I decided it was time to get a family photo taken since my kids are now 3 and 6. After looking at The Photographer's Guild website I decided like it looked like the place for us! And I am so happy I did! Not only did the photos turn out GREAT, but we all had a really good time. The photographer was great and fun and patience with my kids. I have been bringing my daughter to the Guild for pictures since birth. The staff is friendly, creative and made each session one of a kind. They took the time to ask what I wanted and went above and beyond my expectations for a portrait studio. I now have beautiful photos to remember my daughter as a baby, which was exactly what I had hoped for. Pros: One of a kind photography Cons: not a one more

I had my wedding photographed by The Photographer's Guild this past fall and had great customer service from the beginning. When we had our engagement pictures taken at their studio we were super pleased and loved everything that they did, including our signature print we had up at our wedding for guests to sign. The wedding photographer was great on our wedding day too. He was really creative and had some great ideas of places to go and made sure we were comfortable and happy and most importantly he made sure WE HAD FUN! The proofs were ready super fast, before we even got back from our honeymoon there was a message that we could pick them up. When we did, they were awesome! The photographer got some great candid shot throughout the day and beautiful outdoor pictures as well. When we sat down to order our wedding album we had a few ideas for some of the pictures and the girl that helped us was very accommodating, When we picked up the final album the girl that helped my went through everything to make sure it was right and even held the door open for my daughter and I. I most certainly will be going back to The Photographer's Guild again! Pros: Everything was great more

Watch OUT, don't ruin your wedding day! I had The Photographers Guild photography my wedding here in Minnesota. I though I was getting a creative, photojournalistic photographer and I did not. None of my pictures were fun or creative like I had asked for. I felt I was lied to and miss led. When I approched the studio manager about this issue she did nothing. And if the pictures were not bad enough my photographer showed up dressed unprofessional and made rude jokes. I will never recommend this place and I hope no one else has to suffer by The Photographer's Guild's lies. Pros: Cheap prices for cheap pictures Cons: Unprofessional, Rude, Bad Customer Service, Should be out of Business! more

Do not give them your business!!! Their Photographers are poorly trained and their customer service is awful. The photographer I was give seemed in a rush to get my family in and out, she paid no attention to detail and was very rude. Their prices are ridiculous for the quality of portraits they offer. I would rather go to target portrait studio then here in the future. Cons: Awful customer service and managment! more

I would highly recommend the photographers guild, or as I lovingly call it the ""photo guild"". I think it does the best senior pictures for all St.Paul Public schools. They are clever, witty, and have interesting shoots, like having kids pose on chairs, or with numbers like 08. Even better is the wonderful service, there is an absolutely charming young woman who sells me photo packages from time to time, but watch out because before you know it you've spent 800 dollars just to keep on talking with her. The prices are much better than the competing places, and you can buy a CD of the pictures for only $500!!! Needless to say they will have my business any day. more

I would give zero stars if I was able. This business refuses to let me order Senior pictures of my son because my ex-spouse told them not to allow it. I have joint legal custody of my children and have every right to order these pictures. The management refused to listen to any reason. What they don't realize is my ex-spouse is going to Proex to order the majority of her pictures. She just used them for the free wallets they offered. Meanwhile they missed out on a $400 order from me. It serves them right. Avoid this business at all cost. more
