After looking for a repair shop that was a certified to repair my camera, I found Photo-Tronics as a possibility to receive quick turnaround. However, this was not the case. Apparentely they don't believe in informing their customers when their repair would be completed, and in a timely manner. The only person who could repair my camera decides to go on vacation, and this in turn pushed the repair date back another 2 weeks. This made a total of 3 weeks to make a simple repair. I'm sorry, but it doesn't not take 3 weeks to repair a camera, and how about giving us a little warning as well! If you want quick serivce, don't trust Photo-Tronics!!
