I experienced, quite possibly, the worst customer service from the president, Roy McCutchen, the other day when picking up my final printed pieces from Photo Craft Imaging. After changing the colors on our floor directories, my client wanted to make sure they would print appropriately. There were color discrepancies in the first proof, so I resent updated files and asked for a second proof. A second proof was ran, approved, and sent for final production. I came in to pick-up the final directories and saw Roy McCutchen had charged me for 5 proofs. I explained I had only received 2 proofs (which were in my office) and was not clear why I was being charged for 5. Roy McCutchen then started audibly yelling at me about how difficult I was, he did, in fact, print 5 proofs for me, and HE spent much of his ""precious time"" on our ""worthless directories"". Not only was I appalled at his professionalism, but was also embarrassed for myself, the multiple Photo Craft sales associates at the counter, and 2 other customers waiting to be helped. The female sales associate helping me graciously apologized for her owners actions and stated when we come back next year, she will make sure we work with the sales manager. I explained to her ""that I don't think we will be coming back next year.""
