If your party is 2-4 people, you may not be able to try their other delicacies from the very extensive menu (their ""smallest"" fish can feed 3 guys easily). Their specialty is roasted whole catfish. You have to call ahead to place your order. Depending on the size of your party they will recommend the size of the catfish. The price of the catfish includes all the fixings such as cucumber slices, bean sprouts, vermicelli, vinegared carrots and turnips, rice sheets, lettuce, and dipping sauce. It is absolutely a great deal. For beginners: place a rice sheet on your plate, pile it with the fixings except the sauce, place some fish, wrap it up and dip it in the sauce. The presentation of the whole catfish is very entertaining as well especially dining with a big party. This meal is recommended for 4 people and up.
