Vegetable egg foo young was fresh and tender, embedded with bean sprouts, water chestnuts, mushrooms and pieces of baby corn cobs, in a passable brown gravy with tiny steamed rice, small came with 2 pcs., impressively priced under $5. The "Szechuan sliced beef" should be called cold, gelatinous sliced beef and tripe with spicy pickled cabbage. Bizarre if unexpected, but actually tasty. Haven't tried the pig blood soup.
