Great Results 12/13/2013

We had nylon carpet that was 13+ years only, but only two of us in the house. The carpet needed to be stretched and cleaned. Phoenix carpet did a great job from referring us to movers who took the furniture out and replaced it after the cleaning to returning and addressing two spots that came up as a result of the cleaning. The four rooms we did should get another 3-5 years out of the carpet and are having them back to finished up with two rooms after the first of the year. I have used Phoenix Carpet Repair before and they did a fantastic job so when I needed to have a carpet in one my rooms re-stretched and tacked down, I gave them another call. They were able to get a service technician out the same day. The technician arrived on time and did a quality job. I would definitely recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair to anyone needing such services. Red stain removal 12/9/2013

I called this morning finding their name and number on Google. I received an immediate response and Jason came out to my house withing an hour. I originally thought they would have to replace the carpet but Jason was able to get the red stain out completely to my amazement. He was courteous, conscientious and gave me excellent service. By getting the stain out Jason saved me money as I did not have to get the carpet replaced. I give my highest recommendation the absolute best service and experience. Great 12/8/2013

I had them put carpet back down in a bedroom after some intense plumbing repairs. Their minimum charge is higher than other quotes I got but they were available on a Saturday so they were more convenient. The guy was also professional and he was done pretty fast. I would recommend this company from setting the appointment to checking when the stretcher was going to show up. The work man that had to move some things around. Everyone was pleasent, listened and responded in a very good way. Great job!!!!!!!! more

I called and spoke to Kim and she was able to get me an appointment immediately. She was very nice and helpful especially since we are selling our house and needed the repair done as soon as possible. Hector was the technician that showed up and he was very professional, he explained the process and got the job done perfectly. I would recommend phoenix carpet repair to anyone. more

Working with the "CREW" at Phoenix Carpet Repair was a pleasant experience. After we had to cancel several times due to unforseen issues PCR reminded us via email of our appointment, called ahead of time to let us know an arrival time, came in and did a first class job. The office people are very professional not to mention pleasant to work with and the tech was the kind of person you would want to welcome into your home. Phoenix Carpet Repair just left my house after performing some repair on a couple of pet damaged areas of my carpet. In addition, they also stretched and fixed the seams where my carpet and tile meet. They did a fantastic job, were attentive to my concerns, knowledgeable, and quick. Repair and Clean 10/29/2013

I had a 6"x6" spot where my dog decided to dig to the wood. Plus needed 3700sq.ft house cleaned. Combo'ed all the work together. Hector arrived on time, extremely friendly, infinitely knowledgeable and took a personal approach to the cleaning and repair of my carpet. He took his time making the repair, proving that not only is it a skill, but an art. Thus proving why they set the standard for carpet repair. He cleaned and repaired the carpet in 3.25hrs. The repair blended so well it can barely be seen. I used the same type of carpet but a slightly different dye lot. Hector gave me the option to swap from an inconspicuous place like a closet but it was barely noticeable for it to matter. Ill post a pic on Yelp to prove how awesome., more

AREN'T OUR PETS WONDERFUL!!! 10/25/2013

Well most of the time. While my husband and I were off celebrating 40th anniversary on a beautiful Mediterranean cruise, my sister watched our new 7 mo old puppy. I guess he thought her carpet needed a little redesigning. He didn't get far into the job when discovered. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair. Thank you Robert, Jenny, Rob, and Isaiah, for saving the day. You did an outstanding job. The landlady will never know!!! more

Flood Repair 10/19/2013

A few weeks ago our bathtub overflowed and flooded my bedroom. For two days I did my best to get moisture out of the carpet with a carpet cleaner. By the third day the musty smell set in and I knew that I needed more help. I called around and either there was no answer or I got someone trying to up-sell me. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair and spoke with Robert. He was direct, honest, and told me what I needed to do to save my carpet and padding. Robert came out that day, pulled up the carpet and left three high powered fans to dry out the moisture under the carpet. Two days later technicians returned to pick up the fans and stretch the carpet back in place. The musty smell was gone and I was able to get back to life. My entire experience with Phoenix Carpet Repair was professional, courteous, and positive. I am a tough customer and was so glad to be taken care of so well. I highly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair to anyone caught in a "carpet emergency." - Kathleen more
