Over the last 13 years I've consistently receive professional service from Phoenix Auto works. Highly knowledgeable, and reliable staff. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is struggling to find truly professional auto services. They are the best kept secret in the area. more

Employees and attn to detail 5/17/2013

Our family has been coming to you since you were @ Twin Oaks Automotive sometime in the late "90's. I cannot imagine going to anyone else. The service is great and I feel that we are treated with respect as a customer and not just a checkbook more

Impeccable service ALWAYS! 4/30/2013

I moved to SE Portland, but I still always drive to Phoenix Autoworks in Hillsboro for any and all service my car needs. They always give me honest advice on my cars needs and go above and beyond. An incredible value. Priceless when you don't know a thing about cars and know they'll never recommend something you don't really need...they've actually sent me elsewhere for my wipers, bc they knew they'd be cheaper than what they had in stock. They are worth the drive. more

rack and pinion replacement 4/20/2013

As always, I was fully informed of my options and the cost of each. Pursuing a rebuilt part saved me about $500. My car was repaired was repaired in the time predicted and it's running well. more

Worth the drive 3/24/2013

I followed Steve here from Beaverton. It's a ways further for me, but definitely worth the drive. Steve & Tim are very knowledgeable and helpful. They explain things rather than just tell you to fix a part, etc. Their prices are good and they don't try stick it to you. I highly recommend bring your car here if it needs some TLC. more

I have been going to Phoenix since it opened and even before when it was Twin Oaks. The people are great, the service always first class. They take the time to explain what they find, why and when I need to fix it and are always competitive on price. Even more I value their willingness to discuss the plus and minus of car brands when I have been thinking about buying something new. Great people - great shop! more

I really like the great service Phoenix provides. They tend to tell you whats best for the the life of the car n what's really needed to be fixed. It's been 2 years with them and I m very satisfied with the service n suggestion and/or advice. Thanks Phoenix n keep up the great service! more

So far the new Transmission is running great! No signs of any leaks! Gas mileage is down a bit, but maybe it's still in the breaking in stage. The new struts are giving good tight control! Randy more
