I trust the people at Phoenix to work on my car. They are honest and forth wright on any problems that needs to be fixed. They do not try and sell you on repairs that are not needed more

They stand behind their own warrantees 12/13/2013

I took my car in because I smelled burning oil. It turned out to be just an oil plug, but because they had changed the valve cover gasket in less than a year, I only had to pay $17 total for the oil plug more

They came recommended to me from some people at my work. Other shops quoted me crazy amounts and time frames. Phoenix was accommodating and took the time to keep me informed every step of the way, letting me choose where my money went, without any pressure. Seriously, the best auto mechanics I've ever been to. I plan to only go to them in the future. more

I had gone to Brand X dealership for an oil change on a Saturday and was given a list of changes that I had to do "immediately". I knew that Steve, Tim and company would give me the straight story and to fix what I really needed. more

I dropped in on Phoenix Autoworks unannounced at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday for an oil change. As is always the case Steve made it easy. Was in and out in 30 minutes, price was what they had quoted. I like the added vaccuum and window wash service too! more

It's always easy to schedule at a convenient time and I totally trust the work done. Am always given tips on how to increase my mileage or save my car from needing other repairs - like an ignition replacement because my key chain was too heavy. Thank you Phoenix Autoworks. more

Tim and Steve have been our primary mechanics for several years on all four of our cars. They continue to provide very competent and trustworthy service and I know their pricing is honest and very competitive. I am always amazed on their expertise and experience in dealing with all types of vehicle issues and repairs. I trust them and will continue to use them as our service center for all of our vehicles. more

Great service and friendly people 9/4/2013

I didn't have a scheduled oil change but they made a way for my vehicle to get in for service almost immediately when I arrived. Chatting with Steve at the front desk made time fly by and my vehicle was done in no time at all. more
