DISGUSTING AND POOR SERVICE 9/27/2008

What a waste of a good location. Its a single, hard-to-miss building on a busy street of Rowland Heights. Once you walk in, you get all the negative vibes. First of all, no one is there to welcome you. Second, you have to seat yourself. The place seems to be dirty with uncomfortable booth seatings. Their pho wasn't delightful either; or maybe I lost my appetite after experiencing all the negtives. Completely understood why we were the only table occupied.
