Best Pho in NYC 3/21/2008

I was invited here a few years back by some old friends. Since then I was hooked on this place. So far everyone I've taken here has loved the food, and the service to my experience has always been good. I've tried other Vietnamese restaurants in New York and in other states, and by far, I've never tasted better Vietnamese cuisine. I highly recommend their pork chops and diced beef. Try their Pho dishes as well; they have the best broth and noodles~ Pros: Food is Exquisit, very cheap and affordable, good for large groups more

dirty 2/13/2007

I use to like this joint when I was younger and didn't know any better. (over 12 years ago) But this place is getting so dirty and suprised they are still opened. The food is mediocre and could be hot or cold. The food is getting worse and with so may violation( I think) in the kitchen. I've had worse. So try it and make your own judgement. Pros: cheap Cons: dirty/meat can be cold and entree comes before appetizer more

Watch your meat, it may not be cooked. 9/21/2006

I ordered the beef lemongrass. It was served in less than 5 minutes. The beef must have been grilled when I ordered because it was cooked outside nicely and inside was completely raw. Unless you like rare meat, I don't recommend this place. more

A Gem in one of Queens' Mini Chinatowns 1/27/2006

Lemongrass Beef is a must. It takes a bit fatty, however its a very rewarding plate. Very affordable place as well. Highly recommended. Unlike the previous reviewer, I had no problems at all with service, everyone was super nice. I would definitely return. Worst Service I ever had 8/29/2003

I was with a friend and we were having dinner. One of the waiters rudely told us that other people were waiting for seats. He wasn't even our table waiter. Hence it to say that we stuck to our guns and stayed a little longer to have dessert. Due to the rude comment of that particular waiter, we didn't leave a tip. We paid our bill at the cashiers and the change was only a penny which we told the cashier he could have. Nonetheless the waiters were very rude when we left and used the f-word and laid the finger on us. I cannot recommend this place which gave us such lousy treatment and the waiters were so rude.
