Good food plus great service 7/23/2005

We come here 10pm every tues after volleyball. We are always able to order food (sometimes this is a problem other places on a late tues nite) & the service is always excellent. The food is very good & the portions are big -we ALWAYS have leftovers. Pros: Good food, great service, many menu choices Cons: can be smokey more

Phils Ribs 7/13/2004

Phils down home food sometines gets overlooked. Their ribs are as good as they get. Meaty, fall off the bone and a spicy, tabgy sauce. The full rack is more than most people can handle. Pros: portion size, menu variety, child friendly Cons: , smoky bar more

Great food 10/14/2003

I've been eating at Phil's for seven years. The portions are LARGE, always fresh and have the best taste around. Particularly thier cheesesteaks. I was surprised to see, in my opinion, such a low rating. If you are in the area they are definetly worth trying. Pros: Great food, great value, fresh food Cons: crowded more

Phil's Tavern's food is excellent. The perfect place to go and celebrate any type of occasion!! The burgers are award winning and the ribs are out of this world! This is a must try and I promise you wont leave dissapointed! ~~The Lasalle University Football Team more
