But beyond being an trustworthy place to take your vehicle, the customer service is above and beyond! Phil just isn't our mechanic but they treat us like family (in a good way ;) We don't know what we'd do without Phil's Automotive - you keep us movin'! more

There are automotive repair centers and then there is Phil's Automotive. This is the best automotive repair and service center that I have ever taken my autos to. This is the Nascar of automotive repair and service centers. When a vehicle is taken in for servicing or repairs, the job is done right the first time. I have never had to take my cars back to fix a botched repair -- something that I cannot say about other service centers. The staff is professional and friendly, the facility is ultra-clean and the prices are fair. The other service centers are "shade-tree mechanics" in contrast to Phil's Automotive. more

I have been a customer of Phil's Automotive for 8 years. I have trusted them to maintain my Subaru, always knowing that it will be done correctly the first time. In our mountain community, the weather can change to hazardous conditions in a moment. Vehicles MUST be reliable, so I know that when I leave Phil's Automotive my car is ready to hit the road. I have never experienced such a professional and friendly staff in any other auto repair/maintainence business. I am always happy to suggest that my friends and family visit Phil's Automotive for a fast and accurate quote, and always a job well done. more

They are the most wonderful people in the world. I have been going to Phil's Automotive for about 30 years. I have 7 cars, and they work on all 7 of them. They are always honest. They call me if there are any changes that will affect the price. And, if they cannot figure something out, they will let me know and find someone who can. I cannot say enough about them. Their customer service is excellent. Even if they are very busy, if I stop by in the middle of the day with an emergency, they will take me in and promise to call me by the end of the day.
