Did not quite deliver what was promised. 10/31/2010

I guess you get what you pay for. While everything was moved fairly quickly we were under-quoted both time and materials. It took the movers two trips to get everything from our office and we had to request additional packing crates. There were also several items of furniture that were damaged during the move. Also we were told that the computer monitors were going to be placed on a special cart for transport. This did not happen. Monitors and computers were thrown to the bottom of the speed packs with multiple items loaded on top. I wish that the movers had taken more care with our possesions. They also left tape on everything and did not clean up after themsleves. Things were not properly packed and secured for shipping. I would also incurage Philpots to require their employees to wear deoderant. By the end of the afternoon the smell in the office was unbearable. Not the experience I was expecting or promised. They talk a good game, but do not deliever. more

Great service 7/9/2010

Ray Hayford provided excellent service. He made everything simple for us, constantly kept us updated and informed, and returned my calls instantly. I was not there to meet the actual moving crew, but my experience with Ray leading up the the event was superior. I will alwasy recommend him and will use him when I move again. more

I was unhappy with the service I received from this company. 7/7/2010

When I had the estimate done everything was "no problem", until I signed up for the move, then everything was a problem. The man who did our estimate wouldn't return my phonecalls. We got the run-around about fixing a delivery date. When the truck showed up it already had someelse's stuff on board, so they had to call for a second truck and then some of our belongings had to be moved later from the second truck back to the first. Many of our boxes were ripped or crushed. The damage to our belongings was small, but the boxes were not handled very carefully. The driver was very nice and was the only bright spot in the whole experience. more

The service and actual movers were on-time, reliable, and provided great service. There were a little snags that happened but nothing to mess up the schedule. Things went smoothly. I would highly recommend them for future moves. more

Philpot Relocation Systems is "top-of-the-line", highly professional and hands down the best movers we have ever experienced. A few stars that stand out are Bill Huffman and Carol from Tucker, GA. Reliable, re-assuring, extremely professional, great follow-through, caring and an absolute God send. Please let corporate know how very much we appreciate these wonderful folks. Move from Lawrenceville to Loganville 5/3/2010

This is the second time that I have used Philpot to relocate my brother. Just as with the first move, this one went as smooth as butter. Both Mike and Jody stay of top of things and continually communicate where things are in the process. They are easy to work with and I don't have to worry about anything. more

Small Move - Very Pleased 5/2/2010

We had to move our mom to assisted living and this small move was stressfull with all the changes it brings to a family. But Philpot was able to make the move for us at a reasonable cost and they treated our short distance move like we were going across the county. Everything was blanket rapped and the moving men where professional and so nice to work with. Truly would not hesitate to use them for a move short distance or cross country! Philpot is now our "official" mover of both company and personal needs. 4/23/2010

We had previously dealt with Daniel Moving Service for our moving needs. We've just completed a complete renovation and expansion of our office space that was done in 3 phases. Our landlord, Tishman Speyer recommended Philpot, so we decided to try them. What a wonderful decision! Ray Hayford and the rest of "the crew" took great care with us during every phase. They worked very quickly, were very conscientious not to damage anything in the process, and very polite and nice to work with. Ray came out prior to every move to ensure he knew what was needed and offered wonderful support for each of the moves. My husband and I own the company and we WILL be using Philpot for all our moving needs. Thanks to all the people we worked with at Philpot! more
