I have no idea what this lady with the bad review is talking about I have been working with the company for years it's the only sod I will use on my jobs. They have a great price and exceptional customer service ill admit I've had a time where the sod was a little died out and didn't look its greatest but they had explained to me that they warranty the sod and they will replace it or spray for totally free. They back it 100 percent and I have never had a complain about the sod with my customers other sod company's I have had nothing but complaints this is probably the most beautiful sod you can get around here for a steal of the deal more

Aweful, Aweful Sod. I am so disapointed :( We had it delivered on a Monday- when it arrived at 1pm it looked completely dead. The guy assured me it was cut freshly that morning (I think it was cut before the weekend) and that the color would come right back. He said we should spray iron on it- Ummm, this should be new sod, we paid over $1500 for, why should we have to spend more money to get it looking how it should!!! We started laying it as the guy was unloading it! Well it's been 2 weeks and there are still plenty of yellow and dead spot all over our lawn. We live in a new development and have the worst sod by far! Our neighbor got their sod and let it sit 2 days before laying it and it looks 100 times better than ours. Their price was the best but not worth saving a few dollars. Too bad because the people I spoke with when ordering were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Emerald Turf- a few of our neighbors got theirs from there and they all have beautiful looking yards!!! Pros: Price Cons: Horrible quaility sod more
