Seriously. My wife went for an oil change. A 2 1/2 hour oil change. They accidentally locked her keys in the car (brainiacs), which they finally admitted after stalling for the first hour and a half. They finally had to make a new key. Fine, everyone makes mistakes, she was okay with that. What she was NOT okay with was the fact that in attempting to open the car they scratched and damaged they driver's side door. Then they denied it, THEN the accused her and actually yelled at her until she was in tears! They have a body shop, they could have buffed it out, why turn a bad experience into a disaster? What happened to basic customer service, not to mention honesty? Maybe Mazda's don't pay off like Buicks. Luckily the ending is happy, we now go to Patterson's Tustin Mazda for all our service and car buying, and they are the best dealer/mechanics in OC!
Pros: close to my house
Cons: bad service, even worse customer care
