I tend to buy my wife flowers all the time. The one place I always go is Phillip's. Every time I've come here I've had nothing but impeccable service and the staff is always very helpful. They make great suggestions (my wife always LOVES the flowers), the are beautiful and fresh and the staff is friendly. more
