From the first moment we started working with Trisha at Phillips, to the last minutes of wedding preparation, our experience was great! Trisha was so easy to work with, especially for a bride like myself because I had NO ideas when I walked in, but she made me feel comfortable asking questions. Trish created the most beautiful boquets I have seen at any wedding. Our centerpieces were gorgeous, and we were able to keep them easily within our budget (a big plus!). On the day of our wedding, Trisha showed up at Arrowhead with a huge smile and our flowers! She even took time to check with me(the bride) to make sure everything was the way I had imagined. We could not be happier with the flowers, site decorations, bouquets and table pieces that Trish at Phillips Flowers in Wheaton did for us. The entire process was easy and stress free. Trish and my daughter (the bride) communicated well and all the floral arrangements exceeded our expectations. Customer service is clearly a high priority at this shop. All our questions were answered, and everything delivered as expected. Trish and everyone at the shop were so friendly and interested in our event. It felt very personal. As if we were the most important customers they had. (of course we know that we aren't that important, but it felt good to us!)
