Phillip Gaca D.O. and Pam Klinkner P.A.-C

The experience was shocking. I went in as a new patient, and filled out all the paperwork. Then on the form I explained that I had hurt my back at work, and needed to visit my family physician. After 45 minutes, a woman came into the room. She became very accusational, her eyes got watery - and she made me leave the office. I told her my injury happened at work, and I had the paperwork to verify everything needed. She told me "Why should I even trust you, I don't even know who you are." Asked her, "Are you telling me the Doctor won't treat me as a patient after waiting a week to get in - having insurance and an injury. She said no. Was watery eyed and crazy acting." Never experienced anything like this before in my life, avoid going through what just happened to me if you are a new patient. more

Dr. Gaca is the worst doctor I have ever been to! Pam should take over the practice, she actualy listens to you and helps find out what is wrong and how to get you better. Gaca's just in it for the $$ and could not care less if he helps you or not, awful bed side mannor! more

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Gaca's for many years (around 10 now). Dr. Gaca is a very professional general physician and very UP on all the latest meds, diseases and treatments. He runs a VERY busy practice, but he has always been solid in terms of running lab tests, assigning current mdes and taking care of business. His Physician Assistant Pam is an asset too. His nursing staff is top notch. The office staff are organized and efficient too - never any mistakes or issues to date. Anytime we have had something critical come up - such as a serious hospitilization and illness my husband had recently and recovered from - Dr. Gaca was kept abreast and picked services right up after home care began. Very re-assuring after all we had been through. Everyone in this practice cares about the patients and we have never been disappointed. They are kind, courteous, timely and knowledegable. We have never had a negative experience. Would recommend Dr. Gaca and his staff highly. more

Waited for results and answers and never get them. Have been a loyal patient but have had enough. I recently became ill and to my shock have been left stranded and not called back. I have spent a month trying to get by and not miss work. Why struggle when there are lots of Doc out there that will actually BE a doctor for me. more

About a year ago our family switched doctors. We were recommended to Dr Gaca and Dr Klinkner's office. We have been very pleased with our switch. We have only seen Pam and she is truly a great doctor. She takes all the time you need to answer all of your questions at your appointment. She is very good at calling you back if you leave a message to have her call you. The office is pretty good about getting you in same day if an emergency. We totally recommend them if you are looking for a new doctor. more
