I really like using internet banking at Phelps County Bank. I have always enjoyed the staff here. They are friendly and fast! But its also nice to use the internet banking on the go. Phelps County Bank provides the best service to all their clients in St. James, MO! more

Phelps County Bank has been my banking provider for both my personal and business finances for 18 years. I get the absolute best service here! I've recently started using the internet banking which is very nice. Everyone is great here. You get personal service and they are very efficient. more

We do all our banking with Phelps County Bank 10/25/2011

Everyone in my family does their banking with Phelps County Bank. In our house alone we have several checking and savings accounts set up for our children. We also have a couple different loans through them. I have no reason to bank anywhere else...they are great! - Sheri M. more

Excellent Banking! 10/10/2011

I love that the service provided is so personal and over the past 12 years they have become like family! One incident made me so thankful that we had Phelps as our bank, my debit card info got stolen and they caught the person and resolved everything within hours! Who else does that? \r -Will more

I have been using Phelps County Bank since I was 18 years old. I have never changed banks because there has been no reason to. The staff has always been friendly and very helpful. My personal banking as well as investment banking is all done at PCB and I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!- C more

Its been 30 years since I joined the Phelps County Bank, and I couldn't ever go to another bank. I am EXTREMELY happy with the quality of their services and customer service. I have 4 checking accounts there! I really love the 1 on 1 person service, they know me and I know I can trust them. -JD more
