Phase Four

1/21/14\r Took my hummer in to have them adjust the remote starter on there they put on it, it took three week apt to get in, I have been having the same issue on all my vehicle ever sense I put remote start on my vehicle. After having my vehicle over 24 hours my window don't work, and they took the remote starter off! Said I needed to take my truck in for service and the would put the starter back on after I took it else where, I said well why would u rake starter off in the first place owner""Joe"" said the they don't blame my system for anything! Needless to say, my window is broke, I have no remote starter and I had paid $248 for this and he refused to give me my money back!!! Very poor customer service, poorly ran business and I would not reffer this place to no one..I called the police on the owner ""Joe"" also they said it was a cival matter! Take him to court, that I will do more

when you call,they are polite and helpful and friendly.(none of those sales pitch) They are good with time estimate. i have 2 vehicles done with them and i would consider more business in the future... most of all GREAT PRICING... Ive been going to Phase Four for years... Ive had everything from headliners put into cars (tricky ones too with moonroofs, dvd players, and consoles on the roof), remote starts, alarms, moon/sun roofs, and keyless entries installed on various vehicles. Their prices are very reasonable and Ive never had a problem, thinking back on it. I just called them a few minutes ago to have remote start installed on my Envoy, and they again were the lowest price and can get it done tomorrow before noon, if I drop it off at 8am.
