I absolutely LOVE this place! I go downtown in Colorado SPrings a lot, and this is absolutely the place to go! Great food! Great drinks! Great Service!!

Normally Phantom blows you away with it's portion sizes and quality of food, but after trying the tacos I don't know if I'll ever be back. We love the servers and bartenders, but ...

Skip Sunfish Tacos 9/30/2010

Normally Phantom blows you away with it's portion sizes and quality of food, but after trying the tacos I don't know if I'll ever be back. We love the servers and bartenders, but what is happening in the back of the house? Sub-Phantom quality. Sorry to say that I won't be back anytime soon. more

The menu rarely changes, but these guys do a fantastic job. The craft beers are great and there's even a little something to please the vegitarian. Pros: Great for small groups. Cons: Not for dining couples- too loud and crowded. more

unprofessional staff 3/4/2008

So the last time we visited this place, I was extremly upset by the service! There were 2 chefs loitering near the kitchen, discussing doing illegal substances and events from a drinking party which were not very lunch friendly. My server was nice, however, the chefs should keep the party/substance abuse talk out of the dining facility. Pros: my catfish was delicious! Cons: inappropriate chefs more

Over priced and understaffed this place is a tourist trap nightmare. If you can make your way through the grungy, tree hugging college kids, good luck. Their microbrewed beer taste a hint like New York sewerwater .(Don't ask) If pachouli is your frangrance of choice then this place gets 5 *****. Pros: Tie dyes and hemp necklaces! Great Food, Ambiance and Beer 5/13/2007

For a Brewery they had a great selection of food. Not just bar food and very different menu. The art on the wall was fun and the decor in the restaurant was inviting. Great service with our waitress. Overall I would eat here again. Pros: price, selection of food, atmosphere more

Want beer on tap? This is the place. My husband loves IPA and raves about Phantom's. This is a great place to go with the folks for dinner. My parents enjoyed it. They loved the atmosphere, its classic and the food is upscale, but you can have a beer with dinner. This is perfect for my parents. My dad took a tour of the whole building himself just to see the old design. Pros: Great MicroBrew Selection, Food is Excellent, Cool Place to Hang Anytime of Day Cons: Downtown Parking, Don't Forget Your ID if you Go Upstairs more

Fantastic food ... Service with a smile... 3/3/2007

My wife and I would not normally even try a restaurant like this, but, a couple of friends of ours had their reception here. We were both quite shocked at the level of service offered, and the food. Let?s just say the food was quite a surprise. Pros: The food, and the service Cons: If your not lucky enough to get a metered space, It'll cost at least $4 to park accross the street. more

The Phantom Canyon is a wonderful location for those who enjoy true breweries. They have quite the selection of handcrafted brews on tap and the food isn't all that bad either. The waitstaff is pretty friendly and the atmosphere is great. more

Great food! 6/8/2006

My DH and I went there for lunch on a friday. We were seated immediately. I ordered this thai chicken dish. It was really good. I can't remember what he had, but he loved it. We were both impressed. The food was comparable to the Cheesecake Factory. Lunch prices were pretty reasonable. more

aS one of the other reviewers mentioned , a good place to play pool, a bad place for dinner. over battered and overcooked fish and chips for me, and an overcooked steak for my partner, and so-so house beers make this a stop to skip. Pros: pool hall Cons: food, atmosphere more

The bar and pool hall are the highlight of the restaurant as the food is not. If your looking for a place to dine, go elsewhere, if you want to shoot a few games on the billiards tables, drink a little beer, and have a munchy this is the place Pros: pool, beer Cons: food, service more

They usually have a couple, the IPA is excellent. The food is good not great. Billards hall upstairs is excellent for a post dinner game. more

BIG BEERS! 11/16/2002

I loved the offerings of potent beers such as the IPA and BArley Wine. This is a must for beer lovers. The Barley Wine is seasonal. I had it in January and it was gone when i was back in town in April. Pros: Great IPA and Barley more
