Petsmart Grooming

Nails was cut way to short. They also cut my dog with the clippers to close causing bleeding and did not let me know. I understand that accidents may happen; however, they should have told me what happened. more

They were AMAZING!! I have a special needs Malti-poo. Because he came from an abusive background, he's had aggression and anxiety issues since bringing him home for the first time. My husband and I decided to try taking him in for a nail trim first to see how well their employees would be able to control the situation. When he/they did well, we set him up for a grooming appointment. Needless to say I was beyond worried; we've had countless incidents where he's been hurt by someone who wasn't properly trained or by someone who made poor attempts to groom him rather than call us to say they couldn't. But he did great with them! The staff at Petsmart were unbelievably professional and so willing to make accommodations. I can earnestly say this is the best cut he's received in over three years. more

A couple of weeks ago I took my dog to PetsMart to be groomed.When I arrived I was told my shots were not update, when i know i brought his record in the month earlier bc they told me the same thing. Well they ha forgot to update the computer so I had to take my dog home and get his records and bring him back. I was highly upset. I know they have to do it for their safety , but they should be responsible when I give them the records. Then When I returned to pick my dog there was only 2 people working , one who was working on a dog and a young girl was laughing talking on the phone...several occasions have i went in there and that same girl was on the phone. Well she looked up but never once said i will be there in a minute. Finally the poor other employee had to stop grooming his dog and put it on the ground and come help me. POOR customer service...that girl should be fired. They did an ok job on the grooming, and the prices are about the same as anywhere else you might go.The place seems clean and oraganized. But the customer service is much to be desired more
