The staff is excellent and all of the docs are wonderful! Dr. Scolnick is spectacular.

Worst

I hate to say it, but I had two animals misdiagnosed by Pets on Broadway vets which was DIRECTLY contributory to their deaths - within a few weeks of each other. I still get card...

No extra charges, and nice employees worth a visit 6/2/2011

If you think Pets on Broadway is too expensive, believe me, you have NOT seen exorbitant fees like you would see at Firehouse. Vet costs are expensive - we all know that. So get pet insurance -- I did. I am with Pet Plan. It's not over the top expensive, because they only cover accidents and illness. It was perfect for my situation - an aging dog and an indoor/outdoor cat. more

They Care!!! 5/24/2011

My dog ate de-con mouse killer tonight, luckily I live near this vet. I called twice in the 2 minute drive and no one answered, but, within 20 seconds of arriving they made my dog a priority. They were extremely calming, I was panicked, they answered all my questions, greeted me with respect and concern and CARE!!!!! My dog actually was wagging her tail the entire time there even though had to have induced vomiting and given charcoal. I think is says SO MUCH that my dog was happy and comfortable there, she normally cowers at the vet office. The bill, although big (let's be real people it's expensive to own a pet) was much less than I anticipated, especially on an emergency basis. I have a new vet! I would suggest them to my friends.,.....oh, and they gave us a free stuffed toy too!!!! more

I want to thank all of you for everything that you did for Alex. You gave him such wonderful care and attention. And you were always available, even on a Sunday morning. I can't thank you enough. I know that he was not always the easiest dog for you to care for (like when he broke your fence) - he was so anxious. But he was such a good boy too, so patient and faithful, especially with my daughter. I know you saw the good in him too, and I appreciate that. I am also so grateful for the Clay Paw print that you gave me. That was a very special gift. I think of you all often, and hope you are doing well. Thank You. more

I switched to Pets on Broadway after being fleeced at Firehouse, and I must say it's a much more affordable place and I know my pets are receiving the exact same quality of care. more

Thank you for a great experience 3/25/2011

I just recently had my Maltese, Poudre, boarded at your establishment, and I must say that you guys do a great job with him. He always comes back happy, and this time he came back with a little more weight. With that said, I was wondering what kind of food he was eating, as it is very hard for me to keep him plump like this. I only feed him Pedigree, but am considering changing to whatever it is Pets uses. Please let me know! Thanks again for a great experience. more

I wanted to thank you again for coming over to my house so I could let go of Natalie in the place she was most comfortable. It meant a great deal to me, and made a difficult situation a bit less painful. Thank you also for being such a good vet to Natalie. You were always very gentle and caring with her. Thanks so much for shaving my rear end and getting rid of those nasty creatures. I am now a happy, happy dog! I feel great, I love my new "do," and I am wagging my tail lots and lots. P.S. Mom must have felt really bad. I got prime rib 2 nights in a row! more
