Pets 'N' Stuff

Good: They claim to give 10% money back on any genetic health defects the puppy has.. Bad: They garanteed a healthy pet at the time of purchase. Since I bought my puppy on a Saturday the soonest vet appointment was on Monday. As soon i took her she had ( severe case of fleas, hypoglycemia, bacterial cough, heart worms, lose stomach, poor eating habits) all things I didn't know til I took her home. That same day I told them, they didn honnor that portion of contract and I need a full refund. They said I shouldve known. And didn give anything back.. Improvements: They're license be revoked and fined for animal crultey in the city and state manhattan kansas!. Other: Consider this place a rescue shelter! Help these puppies by shutting them down! Or take most animals you can and find them a good home!. more

Wanna pay a lot of money for disease-ridden, puppy mill mutts with cute, "designer" breed name like Puggles, Schnoodles, Mauzers, etc? Then THIS IS THE PLACE!!! Please, these puppies are not healthy- most have coccidia, roundworms, or upper respiritory infections on top of a plethora of genetic problems that the "breeders' don't care to screen for. This place stinks and the general animal husbandry is pathetic, if even existant. How they can still be in business amazes me. Yes, they may have cheap dog food, but I prefer to support a business who actually cares about the animals the are selling (and NEVER from a place that sells dogs or cats). Please, if you are looking for a healthy pet, look at petfinder.com for animals in rescue programs that need a home or go to the animal shelter! more

the fish were all dying. it was very disappointing for me and my girlfriend. i saw so many sick or dying fish. fungal infections, ick, you name it. they have too many puppies and not enough staff as well. the reptiles were kept decently. it seems very chaotic whenever i go there. more

I went to this store for a puppy. They have very nice puppies. The help were very kind, and they handle the puppies alot so they are not just sitting in a cage all day. They also let the puppies run around the store some for excersie. Sometimes the store smells, but with all the pets not all of them make messes at the same time, it would be hard to be perfect all the time. I also buy fish but I don't put them in chlorinated water when I get home so they don"t die. more

I went to this store because I heard they had fish. Their tanks looked really dirty and the fish all seemed sick. I purchased a few fish and put them into a well established, healthy tank and they all died as did the ones that I had for a long time. I should have known better when I saw the condition of the other fish in the store. This place also sells puppies, which I dont appreciate. They had some reptiles and small animals too. Cages were dirty and the place smelled. Not a great store. more

They also have a large assortment of pet porducts and live animals such as dogs, cats, ferrets, fish, hamsters, etc. more
