Unprofessional service from beginning to end. We were asked if they could run tests before hearing from the vet and her intial exam results. In our unknowing and agitated state we did give them permission to do so. However, the initial exam provided that our animal had severe brain damage and further tests were not necessary, though they were ran to the tune of about $400.00. A decision was made to euthanize our dog. We were not invited to be there to hold her or see her but were allowed when we asked. The treatment of the staff from beginning to end was appalling. We had a critically injured animal that we loved very much. The attitude both in the front office and behind in the actual clinic was not at all appropriate for pet owners and their animals. The staff was laughing and not showing one bit of concern to the emotional condition of the pet owners in the waiting area. It was the same as we were waiting in the exam room to speak with the vet....finally. You heard laughing and joking coming from the staff. After we spoke with the vet and went back to be with our Roxie while she was waiting to be euthanized, the receptionist came back to interrupt this horrible process to have us pay our bill!!! We asked if this couldn't wait until Roxie had passed and we had said our goodbyes. They would not euthanize her until we got out a credit card, waited until she processed payment and returned the card!! Appalling and unacceptable practice in my opinion. Ask your vet to recommend a quality clinic who will provide caring, compassionate service to you animal and treat you with some dignity. Their behavior and service made a a very sad time much, much worse. It is the horrible service that I remember today, not the fact that our loving little puppy was taken care of in her final moments and was able to pass peacefully. I am sure she felt our anxieties which were made much worse by the service or lack of service rendered by this clinic
Cons: Lack of concern for pets and owners
