This company repays customer loyalty with poor service, inaccurate billing practices, and inflexible customer service agents. After 3 years, I am more than disappointed with my experience as an Atlas Glen-Mor customer. Unfortunately, no matter what I do, they won't let me go without sticking me with a fee even though my contract is about to expire in 1 week and I've followed all the rules. BEWARE: Once you get in, you can't get out. They won't even let your contract expire.
