I would have given zero star if I could
Picture of a completely empty tank which they called ""full"" by their standard
I ordered oil for our heating system from Atlas Glen-mor oil company. The appointment was supposed to be 12-3pm, but then this technician was late. After the ""appointment"" in which he ""filled"" the oil without contacting me and check with me heat is running, he left. I called the customer service, they said the technician came and found our tank full and so he didn't do anything. They asked me to check the gauge from the oil tank. It's EMPTY (or ""FULL"" in their language). I told them the tank is EMPTY, and they said the technician was one of their best blah blah blah, no way he made a mistake. And now they told me that gauges could be malfunctional and don't look at the gauges!! And then they did put me top of their service list, but asked me to wait until maybe 8pm and gave me a lesson of how heat work like I'm a kid. What a company with arrogant and lazy people
