My name is Tiffany and I was very impressed.. I'm a big reptile fan my biggest favorite is turtles.. love them more then anythin. Nice customer service and a cute guy who was very helpful... even though that doesn't matter to you. They are remodeling but so far it looks a lot better then it did. Will be visiting more often.. Do not go to his store, especially if you want to purchase a reptile or a feeder mouse. Nepotism is clearly affecting customer service in a negative way. The owner's son (Dylan) runs the reptile department because the previous reptile guy left due to terrible working conditions. Rochelle's (the owner) son sold a snake I had on hold to another customer the day before I was scheduled to pick her up. He tried cover tracks and his underhanded behavior by lying. In order to keep my word to come back and pick up a $200 snake on Wednesday night after putting her on hold late Monday, I spent 2 days setting up the habitat, buying all of the supplies, and running all over town. Unfortunately all of my time and excitement was wasted and crushed. I drove to the store(not a short drive) to pick her up, only to find the ""HOLD"" writing on her cage glass had been wiped off and her cage empty. Of course, Dylan was not there because his mother favors him over the other employees and did not bother to show up to work that day, leaving the other employees to cover. I received no apology from the owner or Dylan. John, the fish guy was wonderful and handled it well, profusely apologized and it wasn't even his mistake. He stayed in contact with me to try to resolve the issue because he is a truly thoughtful employee. Dylan nor the owner did not attempt to call me or resolve the issue whatsoever. more

DO NOT PURCHASE ANIMALS FROM THIS PLACE. The store and its employees misrepresent the health of animals and knowingly sell sick animals then refuse to take them back. more

I went intop Pet-O-Rama, and was imediatly brought back my the small amount of space dogs are living in. There were as much as three medium size dogs in a glass ""room"" on the wall. The glass rooms were less than three or four feet wide, about two feet tall, and only about two feet wide. This is rediculous!!!All of the dogs looked miserable. The bedding that they were laying on was paper shredded up. REDICULOUS!!The rabbits were miss labeled. All of the rabbits from what i saw were labeled as Polish. Which they were not!! The small rodents water bowl was totally turned over, and inacsesible to the animal. There are way to many animals being put down in Shelters everyday, and being thrown in the street, for us to buy from a animal store. Animal stores need to be shut down, and against the law to sell dogs and cats!!! more

How tragic for the pets in our community that there are still people in the pet 'business' that sell kittens/cats, puppies/dogs, rabbits & ferrets. more
