Great Service 8/31/2006

I disagree with the above review. When I came I had wonderful service. It takes time for things to be done right so I was glad to give them the time to do there job. The receptionists are very sweet and show a real interest in the animals. Pros: Great Veterinarian Care! Cons: Their groomers are so wonderful they are always booked! more

Wonderful service 8/31/2006

I brought my dog & cat to Petmed and I was really impressed. They were very helpful and extremely thorough. I took my dog in to be groomed and I really appreciate the fact that all dogs have to be fully vaccinated (either there or at another clinic) before they can stay for grooming. It really gave me peace of mind to know that they care about my pets health. I give Petmed 2 thumbs up!! As for the receptionists, I have never seen them be rude or "snobby" to anyone even when people are rude to them. Eveytime I go in they know my pets name and make us feel very welcome. I will continue to have my pets treated at PetMed. Pros: All pros Cons: It is far away from my house, but it is worth the drive!! more

Pet Care that is for the birds 7/16/2006
