What a great store with the most helpful employees. Everyone is so nice and willing to help, and even answered all the stupid questions i asked. The assistant manager was extremely helpful and carried our products to the counter. I forgot the employee's name who took our stuff to the car and even opened the door for my mom. A wonderful experience and will be back the next time i come to visit my mom in here\r more

Best pet (cat) supply in the neighborhood. Since moved from an area with a different large chain pet store in walking distance, I have been looking for an alternative pet supply to take care of my 4 loving cats. I checked 4-5 stores in the neighborhood and came to a conclusion that Petland carries the basic but necessary items at reasonable price. There are some of those fun to visit once in a while to go window-shop shop with some fancy or unique items, but they sell the basic supplies for much higher price. Petland carries Tidy Cats litter in all types, so I am satisfied.\r more

I expected this pet shop to be very pricey, but much to my amazement, I found their products to be considerably less costly than even online discount pet companies. (I'm an avid researcher and price comparer.) They have the best quality foods available, as well as some pet 'junk food' like Pedigree. (BTW, their canned Pedigree is $.50 a can LESS than it is at the RIte Aid Drug up the street.) The people are terrific, they know their product lines, they remember you after you've been a few times, and they even remember to ask you about your pets. If you take your pet with you, they may even remember its name, and always act glad to see it. The store is clean, well organized, and easy to shop in- if you can keep your dog out of the toys and treats. My dog goes bonkers when she figures out that we're heading to Petland...\r more

A good pet store right in your neck of the woods! My family and I started going to Petland after we got our first parakeets! Then later on when we got guinea pigs! And now, with our two little dogs! The best thing about Petland is that it's local and HUGE. Anything you need for your pet can be found here and often at a lower price than most places. All of the employees there are real animal lovers and will help you with anything. They are very knowlegable and extremely friendly.\r more

I love this store! It's easy to navigate and find your products in! I recently switched my cats food over to a brand that a lot of stores aren't carrying. Petland had it! I also really like that everyone here is extremely nice and helpful! They are very knowledgeable about their products and animals in general. When I asked a worker their about how two different cat food brands compared to each other, she answered me right off the cuff and broke them both down for me. Love it! A lot of times at other ""P"" named stores they have to go ask someone and come back like 20 minutes later with some generic answer ::sigh::\r more

This is my go-to place for the past 3.5 years. I have never had bad service here. Everyone has always been extremely nice even when I am the grumpy one. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They know us by name. Very friendly and family orientated. For pet basics this is the best place to go. Great work by Heather and one more staff person that I didn't get the name of. I would go back in an instant. Thanks for caring about animals as much as my family does.\r more

Purchased a St. Bernard from Anthony. Best Puppy experience I have ever had. He gets along well with our other dogs and is not wild like we thought he would be. He also has great health.
