Great Store 1/25/2012

My kids love this place and I will say it is the nicest pet store Ive been in. If you havent been you must check out. Have purchased 2 puppies from this store and both have been a real blessing. Tucker is a real treat, he is this big tortoise that lives there and kids go nuts over him. The store is next to a $1.50 cinema so it makes for a nice friday evening of entertainment. more

Poor puppies 12/4/2008

They get their dogs from puppy mills. The owner even admitted it to me. Its sad that you have to have financing to buy a dog that will end up sick and dying once you pay it off. Why not just go to one of the many shelters or research a breeder. The Donovan family owns a few other petlands in columbus. They are rude and will do anything to get business, even if that means putting innocent customers in jail after having homeland security follow them around. They should be put out of business! more

Adopt or Just Gape... 8/25/2007

... at the amazingly adorable animals. A nice variety of fish, turtle, ferrets, hamsters, dogs, and birds. The only downside is that they only have a few cats at a time, and only sometimes. But other then that, a great place to give a cute little ball of fur a new home. more

Clean store / Healthy fish / Limited Selection / Few Employees 8/19/2007

The new store is very clean and well layed out, many good prices but a limited supply of fish species like the westerville store... this could be because its owned by the same person (family).\r \r other than all that the experence is overall good! more

limited selection and staff 5/5/2005

First, do check out Pets without Parents and the local shelters before actually buying a dog or cat here. This chain of stores has a pretty limited selection of food brands, and doesn't offer many sales or discounts. The staff is helpful enough when you are ready to purchase, but are not going to offer any special information. Best thing is they have open cages to pet bunnies, ferrets and other small animals, so the kids love it. more
