It's good but over rated 8/4/2009

Not sure what the hype is on here but the place is always busy so I am in the minority. Good service and hamburger's and a good place for kids - but we don't make a point of going often. Pros: Good hamburgers Cons: Over priced more

Local sports bar/brewery great for all 5/30/2004

I am from Danville area, so I go to ""The Car Wash"" (as locals call it) often. It is a great place to go for lunch or dinner for American cuisine: burgers, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, and lots of different kinds of beer! You can eat at tables indoors and out on the patio, or at the counter. TV's show sports, visible from most indoor seats. Fun menu's and crayons give everyone something to do while you wait for your food. Pros: Good value, Good food, Fun atmosphere more

very fun place 9/3/2002

Well I just went here for lunch this afternoon. It is the 4th time I've been there and each time I've enjoyed myself. The atmosphere is very sports bar like but there is also an outside area in front to get away from the noise. I'd call it a great burger and beer joint and they keep a fairly good variety of beers on tap. On the fun side, they have one wall which they call their Connoisseurs 100 wall (if I recall correctly). Apparently if you ask, they will keep track of how many beers you drink there and will put you on the wall once you hit 100. A friend of mine was there the night some guy drank his 600th beer and everyone stopped to cheer. Fun stuff. :) more
