So far, not good 5/2/2008

The person who made my appointment over the phone on Friday May 2nd was VERY RUDE. I would not want someone with an attitude like that answering the phones for my business. In a very sarcastic tone she said ""You need to bring your insurance card with you at the time of the appt or you WILL be paying the FULL COST out of pocket."" I'm not an idiot, I know I need to bring my insurance card. Also at the end of the call she cut me off mid sentence and said ""good bye"" and hung up on me before I was finished speaking. \r I'm hoping the appt goes better than that.\r more
