Exceptional Care 3/4/2011

I have been going to Wheatland Animal Hospital for years and have referred Dr. Chris Dupuis to many of my friends and co-workers. Over the years, I have gone to many different veterinary clinics in the area and none of them have provided the exceptional care that Wheatland Animal Hospital does. The staff treats your pet as if it was their own. I'm a very demanding client and they have always accommodated my needs and special requests. When my 16 year old westie was having major problems Dr. Chris went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure everything possible was being done for my dog. I would highly recommend Wheatland Animal Hospital. more

World Class 3/4/2011

This animal clinic is truely world class. I have been taking my dog Wrigley to The Wheatland Animal Clinic for the last 9 years and we have been treated with compassion and respect. Over the years we have referred several patients to the clinic and they have been satisfied as well. Overall, I think this clinic has a great staff and great doctors that help customers feel informed about their pets health. more

Me and my fiance have been taking our dog to the Wheatland Animal Hospital for over 5 years now. We could not be more satisfied with the services and care provided by the doctors and staff. Whether it was normal preventative medicine, emergencies or other problems. Just know, if you have a question of any type, they will help you with the right answers. \r \r I introduced all of my family and friends to their establishment and care they provide. All of them are more than satisfied and appreciative with what WAH does for them and their pets. \r \r If there is one place to take your pet for great service and great advice, I HIGHLY recommend this Hospital. more

Long time satisfied client 3/3/2011

We have been taking our labradors to Dr. Dupuis' hospital since 1978. Even when he branched out and his own and was further away, we continued to take our dogs to him. His office has always practiced care with compassion and honesty. When you take your pet to Wheatland Animal Hospital you can be confident he/she will receive the best care.\r \r My family has referred more than 10 pet owners to Wheatland Animal Hospital and they are have all had positive experiences. more

Good staff and good service! 3/3/2011

We have been going to a couple of different vets and have finally found Wheatland Animal Hospital. They are not extremely close to where we live but due to a good referral and based on the level of service, responsiveness and overall atmosphere we will continue go!\r We also enjoyed that they had a good mix of younger and older doc staff and feel it is a good model to have an experienced group but with a younger staff looking at new innovations.\r \r Go to Wheatland and you and your pet will be happy! more

Great vets great staff. 11/22/2010

We have been taking our dog, rozzi, to wheatland animal hospital since she was a puppy. She is a happy and healthy dog thanks in a large part to the excellent staff and doctors at wheatland. They have taken care of her routine visits as well as when she has been sick or had an emergency. We have great confidence in wheatland animal hospital and would recomend them to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable and professional vet. more

Awful experience at Wheatland Animal Hospital 8/3/2009

Had an absolutely awful experience! The doctor talked down to me and seemed to daze out and even ignore me at one point. I did not like the way they handled my dog and I will never go back! more

Always Satisfied, Never Disappointed 11/14/2007

We have been taking our dog to Wheatland for almost 10 years and are completely satisfied with the services and care provided by the doctors and staff. Whether it was normal preventative medicine, emergencies (dog bite), or other problems (expressing anal glands and most recently the removal of a tumor) our dog was always cared for as if she was their top priority. Just as importantly the doctors and staff have always treated my wife and I with kindness and respect. I would--and frequently do--recommend Wheatland without reservation. more

Best Animal Hospital Ever 6/11/2007

I have been taking my dog to the Wheatland Animal Hospital for 2 years now. He has seen 2 different Vets their Chris and Matt. They both have done such a great job each time I have been there. Whenever I call with an emergency they always make my dog a priority. I would recommend this Animal hospital to anyone who is looking for the best care for your animal. They will treat you pet as if it were there own. more

Bad Doctors - nice staff 10/19/2006

I took my dog here for bloody stools. They said he had a parasite and put him on antibiotics - for almost a year! They just kept him on them longer and longer and giving him stronger doses. I finally took him to a different vet. Turned out he had an anal gland infection that required immediate surgery to remove them. The glands had started shredding because they had been infected for so long. Don't go here!!! PROS: Friendly staff CONS: Terrible doctors!!!!!! more

We strive to provide the most comprehensive care for your animal, while still maintaining our small hospital values. Our doctors are proficient in many areas, including digital x-ray, endoscopy, ultrasound, comprehensive dentistry, and orthopedic surgery, yet we try to allow for a low pressure environment, allowing you to make decisions that help your pet and work for you. We focus on preventive medicine and want to strengthen the bond you have with your animal.
