Great Service 10/8/2019

Just wanted to thank Anthony for the great job he did when performing our annual heating system service. He was prompt and completed a thorough review of the system. When he noticed that the furnace igniter was worn verified that it was covered under our annual warranty and was back again within 2 hours to replace it. Great job. more

Excellent Service 8/30/2018

Craig came to my home the same day I called for service. He was polite and very considerate of not tracking dirt in my home. He found the problem pretty quickly and explained to me very clearly what had to be done to rectify it. He worked on my air conditioning in a most efficient way. I was very pleased with Craig's work. more

Great Service 2/2/2018

We were new customers - they scheduled a visit the same afternoon to service our HVAC unit. The field technician Chris was very experienced - diagnosed the problem right away, got the part and we were up and running by the end of day. It makes a big difference when it's cold outside! Very happy with the service provided by Peters Associates. more

Service 4/12/2017

John did a good job and took time to explain to me in detail the services he performed. He also took pictures illustrating the work done outside to clean the condenser. He was efficient and personable. The place was let as clean as before he started work. We were very satisfied with John H. more
